Installation conditions
1. The equipment should be installed indoors, preferably avoiding direct sunlight, and the working temperature environment of the equipment should not be lower than 0 ℃.
2. There should be a 220V power socket and good ventilation at the installation site of the equipment.
3. The ground between equipment should be paved with cement or tiled as much as possible (make sure to level the ground).
Installation program and precautions
1. Installation program
As the equipment is already assembled before leaving the factory, only the position needs to be selected and the inlet and outlet water pipelines need to be connected properly during installation.
2Installation precautions
The installation location of the equipment should generally be chosen to be close to the water source and easy to operate. During installation, attention should be paid to leaving a certain amount of maintenance space for easy maintenance.
For components that have already been installed at the factory, they should be rechecked after opening the box, and loose components should be tightened.
(3) Usage and operation
Preparation and inspection before use
1. Open the device cover and check if the connection positions of each component are loose.
2. Power on the device and check if the self-priming pump and other electrical components are working properly (just tap).
3. Long term operation of an empty aircraft is strictly prohibited.
Equipment operation and usage
1. Connect the inlet and outlet pipelines of the equipment and connect them to an AC220V power supply;
2. First, start the device and enter the operating system interface, then select the control state. The running status is green, and the stopping status is red.
Manual control status: Manually start and stop the self-priming pump and disinfection pump.
Automatic control state: The equipment is controlled by the liquid level signal. When the incoming water signal is detected, the equipment starts running. When the incoming water signal is cancelled, the equipment stops after a set delay time.
Loop control state: The device is fully controlled by the set time and starts and stops intermittently.
3. When using self-priming water inlet equipment, it is necessary to add water to the built-in suction pump of the equipment;
4. The operation can only be carried out after the water intake is completed;

(4) Attention:
1. The equipment should be installed indoors, preferably avoiding direct sunlight, and the working temperature environment of the equipment should not be lower than 0 ℃.
2. During equipment operation, it is essential to ensure stable voltage.
3. Before powering on the self-priming pump, it is necessary to add water and avoid idling, as idling can easily cause damage.
When shutting down or deactivating, the device's built-in power switch should be turned off after all devices have stopped operating.
5. The equipment should be regularly inspected and checked during operation, and any abnormal conditions should be promptly addressed.

(2) V9L operation interface process: Start the device to enter the operating system interface, first select the control state. The running status is green, and the stopping status is red.
A. Manual control status: Manually start and stop the self-priming pump, disinfection pump, and lifting pump.
B. Automatic control state: The self-priming pump and disinfection pump are controlled by the liquid level signal. When the incoming water signal is detected, the equipment starts running. When the incoming water signal is cancelled, the self-priming pump and disinfection pump will be delayed and stopped according to the set delay time. The lift pump is controlled by the water tank level signal, starting at high level and stopping at low level.
C. Cycle control state: The self-priming pump and lift pump are completely controlled by the set time, with intermittent start and stop. The lift pump is controlled by the water tank level signal, starting at high level and stopping at low level.
